I have always been criticized by the ‘Christians’ for commenting particular songs as non-Biblical as it has no touch of truth from the Bible. And, they actually call me as Demon possessed as the entire Christianity is accepting those songs as edifying. Not all lyrics are Biblical and the lyrics based on your “life experience” can never always be quoted as Biblical or Spirit inspired. Having God, Jesus, Cross of Calvary never makes a song Christian. Or even quoting Biblical verses out of context will never do good. John Piper said, “A congregation learns its theology by the songs they sing, not just by the preaching they hear.” So, a church that sings or ‘worships’ with the non-Biblical songs follows or proclaims another Jesus Christ.
