Faith, Trust, Hope and Belief- there’s this thin line of dissimilitude betwixt them. Folks aver that, Belief is often a matter of a person’s experience and perspective or knowledge, which often change over time with respect to what one feels or perceive. The more firmly convinced we are of our belief, the more confident we become and the less we will leave room for flexibility. Hope – it is an optimistic attitude of mind based on an expectation or desire. For faith to be faith, we need to be loyal to the unseen. It is a confidence in a person or thing which isn’t based on any proof or evidence. Trust is perhaps a belief constructed only upon a fact which is more fragile than faith. If trust is broken, it takes a long time to be rebuilt.

Scripture says in Matthew 15:28, “Then Jesus answered her, ‘O woman, great is your faith! Be it done for you as you desire.'” Now without a shadow of a doubt one can conclude that our Faith moves God. And, such a Faith demands a heart full of trust besides a hope in what one believes or desires. We can’t walk an extra mile with the simple belief nor with an optimistic mindset. We would grow hopeless and helpless the moment the truths in our trust get shaken. Here’s where Faith operates. God is pleased when our FAITH is a pattern irrespective of the vibes communicated and felt!

Faith is a sunlight which succours the life buried deeper inside the ground in a tiny seed. At the minute there won’t be any visible signs of metamorphosis on the surface but don’t be dismayed, you are closer than you may think, to the season of greater harvest!

Have a great day.
